Right on schedule we had the final inspection and handover yesterday.Chris the site supervisor has been on the ball all the way through the building process and has never had a problem with addressing any concerns we may have.This is why the handover was a matter of learning about the characteristics of the house and fittings rather than looking for faults.We now have a lot of keys plus a few remotes for the garage door and alarm system as well as a healthy pile of service manuals.Chris will be back in three months to check out any problems that may have arisen.The floor tiler will begin tiling from the front door to the rumpus today and the carpet layer will be on the job in about four days.If it stops raining long enough I can start landscaping the front yard.
